According to Article 76-2 of the Labor Standards Act (Prohibition of Workplace Harassment), employers or employees shall not use their superiority in position or relationships at work to inflict physical or mental suffering on other employees or to worsen the working environment beyond the reasonable limits of work (hereinafter referred to as "workplace harassment").
